Congratulations to the HHS Literary Team for their 2nd place finish at the Region Literary Meet on March 8th in Carrollton! We have several students who placed 1st and will advance to the GHSA STATE Literary Meet.
- Girls Trio (Camryn McCormick, Julia Petteys and Caleigh Jackson) won Region Championship
- Boys Quartet (Maddox Weaver, Keller Watson, Ryan Dowis, and Cadin Minjarez) won Region Championship
- Peyton Reece won Region Championship in Dramatic Interpretation
- Natalie Ferry won Region Championship in International Extemporaneous Speaking
- Emily Taylor was 2nd in Girl's Solo
- Will Hiestand was 2nd in Domestic Extemporaneous Speaking
- Cici Ward and Grayson Brown placed 3rd in Duo Interpretation
- Nicolas Boothby was 4th in Argumentative Essay
- Anna Gayler was 4th in Personal Essay
- Isaiah Dennis was 4th in Boy's Solo
- Daniel Burkhart was 4th in Humorous Interpretation
