Heritage Generals Football

Since the doors of Heritage High School first opened in 2008, the Generals football program has built a proud tradition of hard work, grit, and community spirit. Competing in the highly competitive Georgia Class AAAA (Region 7), our program continues to elevate the standard of excellence both on the field and in the classroom.

The Generals have repeatedly proven they belong among North Georgia's top teams, securing multiple GHSA State Playoff berths over the program's history.

Under the leadership of Head Coach Jeremy New, the program has shown great momentum. This includes a highly successful 7-4 overall campaign in 2025, featuring a dominant 4-2 record in region play and a trip to the state playoffs.

Beyond the scoreboard, Heritage Football is a developmental powerhouse. Our program focuses on character, academic dedication, and athletic speed and strength development—preparing our student-athletes to win on Friday nights and succeed in life after graduation.
