The Heritage HS Wrestling Team traveled to Macon for the Traditional AAAA State Wrestling Championship Tournament. The Generals crowned their first Wrestling State Champion since 2017 and finished Top 10 in the State in Traditional Wrestling for the first time since 2019. (The Generals finished 5th Place in the Duals Wrestling State Championship in 2023). The Generals wrestled very tough competition over the course of the 3 day tournament and medaled 3 of 7 qualifying wrestlers. Three more Generals finished in 7th Place.
The Generals improved their Team finish over last year by finishing 10th of the 46 teams that made it to State.
