This is the image for the news article titled Credit Recovery and Summer SchoolHHS students have options to get ahead or to catch up through summer school and credit recovery.  Credit recovery is designed for students who failed a required class and need to make it up.  Summer School is designed for students to take a class for the first time for credit.









Credit Recovery Options:
1.  In person at HHS from June 5 - 22 on Mondays through Thursdays from 8:30 am to 11:30 am.  Bus transportation is available (click here to sign up).  Students will work in small groups with a HHS teacher to recovery credit for an academic class (English, Math, Science or Social Studies) that the student failed.  Contact your school counselor for more information.

2.  Online through HHS from June 5 - July 20.  Students must attend orientation session on June 5th at 8:30 am with Coach  Chris Hight.  Students will work online through Edmentum.  Coach Hight will be available to answer emails/questions based on this calendar (click here).  All assignments must be completed by July 20th.  For questions about online credit recovery, email [email protected].

Summer School Through Catoosa Online Academy:
1.  Complete PE/Health course (Free).  To download an application, click here.

2.  Students may take a class to get ahead and earn first time credit.  The cost is $350 per class with a limit of 2 classes.  Click here to see a list of course offerings.  Early registration ends May 24th.  The last day to register is June 12th.  All coursework is due by noon on July 24th.  Click here to apply.
