Distance learning

If you are taking classes through distance learning please remember that you are still a Heritage General and that we are here for you!

Click here for information on how to get started with your distance classes.  There is a new HHS Digital Learning website with tons of information including how to get started and how to get help.

Your first contact if you have any trouble will be your digital learning teacher, but remember that your counselor and administrator are also there for you!

Classes begin on January 7th for all distance learners.  There are no fees associated with distance learning.  Students who plan to take any classes in person at school and drive to school will need a parking permit ($20 for the school year).  There are no supplies to purchase for distance learning.

Technical Support Information:

The phone support line will be available Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. If a parent or staff member needs support outside these hours, please have them email [email protected]us with details regarding their issue, their contact information, and the best time to contact them. Tech support will contact them at their convenience.

The phone number for Distance Student and Staff technical support is 706-965-1020

When a call is made to this number, the caller will get 3 options to choose from:

    1) Is this an Internet issue?

    2) Is this an iPad issue?

    3) Is this a Chromebook issue?

Choose the correct option as the call will be routed to a technician that specializes in supporting those issues.

Please note: if a CCPS device is not repairable over the phone, the device will need to be returned to the home school for repairs or replacement.
