HHS was named the "Best School" in 2020 by the Times Free Press in "Best of the Best North Georgia".  In 2019 HHS was recognized as one of the the Nation's Best High Schools by US News & World Report and as an Advanced Placement Honor School by the Georgia Department of Education.  Heritage received the Cooperative Spirit Sportsmanship Award from the Georgia High School Association and boasts the 10th ranked overall Athletic Program in the GHSA Director's Cup Standings.  The Georgia Music Educators Association has awarded the Exemplary Performance Award to HHS three times.

Important Announcement

Catoosa County Schools are closed until further notice.  The earliest that we may resume face to face classes is April 27th.  There will be no  extra-curricular activities or face to face classes held during this time. Students will follow the Digital Learning Plan and continue classwork through Google Classroom on Mondays through Thursdays beginning April 6th.  Milestones End Of Course (EOC) Exams have been cancelled.

Spring Break is March 30-April 3rd.  School office will be closed.

The Georgia High School Association (GHSA) has suspended all athletic practices and competitions until further notice, however the soonest that spring athletics might resume is April 24, 2020.

Assistance is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 3:30 pm through email or school phone at 706-937-6464.  Technical assistance is also available at 706-965-1021.
