HHS was named the "Best School" in 2020 by the Times Free Press in "Best of the Best North Georgia" and boasts the 9th ranked overall Athletic Program in the GHSA Director's Cup Standings.  Heritage was recognized as one of the the Nation's Best High Schools by US News & World Report and as a 2019 Advanced Placement Honor School by the Georgia Department of Education.  Heritage received the Cooperative Spirit Sportsmanship Award from the Georgia High School Association.  The Georgia Music Educators Association has awarded the Exemplary Performance Award to HHS three times.

New Courses for 2020-21
We will offer some new courses at HHS beginning fall 2020 including Art History, Current Issues and Leadership for Social Justice. You can sign up for these classes through your counselor.

Back to School (In Person)
The first day of in person classes for the 2020-21 school year will be August 24, 2020. We can't wait to see you! Students with the last name begining with A-J will attend in person on Mondays and Tuesdays, last name K-Z will come to school on Thursdays and Fridays.
